April 2011 Update on MQP Dress Code
In our June 21, 2010 newsletter we communicated to our families that Mary Queen of Peace’s school colors are navy and white. Families may opt to dress their children in navy and white when attending school. In keeping with section 4 of the district policy, that school administration may recommend a form of dress for a specific event, navy vests will be required for choir performances. Students will be required to wear navy and white, the school colors, for all Grade 5 and 6 Band performances. In the fall we will be placing an order for high quality sweatshirts and hoodies embroidered with MQP lettering.
